These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at hrfholdin.shop and www.hrfholdin.shop (the "Site") operated by HRF Holdings LLC, 616 N 1375 W, Lehi, UT 84043, United States (the "Company"). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a static informational reference describing the Company's registered scope of organizational activities, organized into two sides of a boardroom table: thirteen ownership seats covering holding-company forms (H-01–H-13) and seven management seats covering corporate offices and headquarters functions (H-14–H-20).
The Site is not: an offer or sale of securities, an investment solicitation, a shareholder or investor-relations portal, a corporate-registry or filing service, a proxy mechanism, or a governance channel. No corporate action, consent, or instruction is formed, recorded, or administered through the Site.
Category listings on the seating chart describe the organizational classifications the Company is organized around. They do not constitute:
For categories marked "except managing" (H-01, H-02, H-04–H-09, H-11–H-13), the classification itself describes equity holding without operational management — the inverse of the management offices at H-14–H-20.
Using the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a shareholder, officer, director, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Any corporate engagement would proceed only under a separate written agreement negotiated and executed directly with the Company — never through this website.
All content on the Site — text, the "Boardroom Table" design system, illustrations, layout, and code — is owned by the Company or its Developer and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, mirror, or systematically scrape the Site's design or content without written permission.
Holding-company names are sometimes impersonated in "investment opportunity" fraud. The Company will never offer securities, request investment funds, ask for wire transfers, or request personal financial credentials through this Site. If you receive such a solicitation claiming to be from us, verify by phone at +1 (361) 524-1652 before responding — and treat unsolicited investment approaches with skepticism. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Scope descriptions are general references; regulatory status, corporate structure, and legal requirements must be verified independently through official channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. In all cases, total liability arising from or related to this Site is capped at US $100. This cap does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not apply to any corporate agreement, which would be governed by its own terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its Developer from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
