// THE SEATING CHART — 20 SEATS, TWO SIDES

Read the table like a secretary: every seat named, every side labeled.

Our registered scope contains twenty organizational categories, seated on two sides of the table: OWNERSHIP — holding-company forms that hold equity (13), and MANAGEMENT — the offices that direct subsidiaries (7). Scope boundaries are marked below.

// READING THE CHART

Three distinctions the seating preserves.

Holding ≠ managing

Seats H-01–H-13 hold equity interests — "except managing" is part of the classification. A holding form and a managing office are different legal creatures, so they sit on different sides.

Offices run, seats hold

Seats H-14–H-20 are the working offices — the corporate, regional, headquarters, and subsidiary-management functions that actually direct operations.

Scope is not an offer

Listing a holding form describes registered scope — not an offer of securities, an investment vehicle, or a claim of regulatory registration. See the Terms.
